 State Finals Ticket Information

All ticket prices for the AHSAA State Finals are $12 per day. A ticket includes eight games per day for semi-final action or six games per day for finals action (with no passes out). In addition to the facility rental fee charged to the AHSAA, the BJCC charges $1 per ticket, bringing the total cost of a ticket purchased, at the gate, to $13.

The State Finals is the only AHSAA championship event where GoFan, the AHSAA’s digital ticket provider, cannot be used due to the BJCC’s contract with Ticketmaster. All fees associated with an online ticket purchase for the State Finals go directly to Ticketmaster, not the AHSAA, bringing the total cost of a digital ticket to $17.22. Therefore, the AHSAA recommends you purchase all tickets at the gate.

Commissioner Scales surprisingly added an additional $100,000 for a Grand Total of $ 392,247.09 presented to Superintendent Dr. Regina Thompson and Board of Education President Randal Smith. These funds were made possible due to  Alabama lawmakers passing a 2015 bill to reallocate Jefferson County's 1% education sales tax. Although the event was moved to the hallway due to construction, everyone enjoyed this festive fellowship.
